After graduating from The University of Akron with a BS in Business & Organizational Communications, Joe Lucarelli has resided in Medina, Ohio for over 26 years. As a licensed REALTOR® since 2002, Joe has specialized in all aspects of home sales. He began his career by selling houses for New Home Builders, he then helped facilitate all day-to-day operations involved in the new home construction. This gave him the opportunity to broaden his scope in the industry, leading to a strong network and well-established relationships within the field. 

Out of the office, Joe is an active member of the community as he currently volunteers at Feeding Medina County and has previously served as President of Medina Youth Baseball Association - a program that enrolls over 1,200 kids. In his free time, you will often see him cheering on local sports teams and following the journeys of former players that he coached. 

Due to the many different leadership roles throughout Joe’s professional and volunteer work, he has learned to be great; you must be consistently good. That is what you will get when working with Joe - someone who proves his reliability, trustworthiness, and persistence every single day. Joe is excellent at relating to his customers. He is very flexible with his communication style, so by the end of the home selling or buying process, it will be hard for you to not call Joe a friend.
